What size organisation is a good fit for Lumikra?
Mid-sized organisations are the most natural fit — typically those with between 30 and 300 staff, where the operational picture is complex enough to warrant advisory support but where very large consulting firms would not be a proportionate choice.
How long does a Discovery & Roadmap engagement take?
Six to eight weeks in most cases. The pace depends on how available your leadership and operational teams are for interviews and the workshop. We structure it to avoid becoming a distraction from day-to-day operations.
Do you implement the recommendations you make?
Our engagements are advisory and operational guidance. We produce plans and recommendations for your team to act on. If implementation support is needed, we can discuss a separate, scoped arrangement once the advisory output is complete.
What happens after the Vendor Selection engagement?
You receive a comparison matrix and a written recommendation. The final decision remains yours entirely. We are available to answer questions about the output, but we do not manage the procurement or contract negotiation process unless that is specifically scoped.
How do you handle confidential business information?
We work under a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any information is shared. Documents and data provided during an engagement are not used for any other purpose and are returned or destroyed upon completion.
Is the pricing fixed or does it change during an engagement?
The prices listed are fixed for the standard scope of each engagement. If you have a substantially different scope in mind — for example, a larger number of teams for the Workflow Review — we will quote a revised fee before any work begins.
